Padel reflex

TAGS:Do you like padel? Would you like to improve your padel technique? Then do not forget to train your reflex.

To be a good padel player, although technical and personal skills are very important, we must not forget the reflex. In many cases, there will be plays that will require a rapid and effective response. If you want to be a winner, it is imperative that you not ignore training your reflexes.

Train reflex is more common than you think. In fact, many of the reactions we have in our daily life are learned and practiced reflexes we have been achieving over time. For example, those who help us while driving a car or going or cycling. Ok, many of us are not so good at it anyway...

Train the reflexes to become better at playing padel will be a big help when we have to face our rivals. That is when we will show how good we are.

The first thing to do is to get good muscle tone in the legs and in the arms. So when we want our muscles to respond quickly to a stimulus we can trust them 100%. The end jump squats and movements that help strengthen our knee twists will be the most useful.

An exercise that we can do to get improve our reflex is to try to hit balls that someone randomly pull. When we have already practice it for a while we should try a difficulty increase. For example, introducing an intermediate element that makes the slow reaction time or by having our hands behind our back before hitting the ball.

After training our reflexes without using the padel racket it is interesting to do it also with it. This will add more difficulty to the exercises. We can do the same as before and try to progressively go increasing the exercise difficulty.

An interesting exercise may be trying to hit the ball that someone throws us from near but out of sight. Please, choose a good friend to help you with this one.

Exercises to train reflexes cannot be just a one day thing. Perseverance is the key to success. A long time training the reflexes will, eventually, make your body reacts without thinking so you will be able to hit the ball quickly every time.
