If this is you, now it is the best time to start training your pecs because you know that having a firm chest means hard work for months in a daily workout basis So, are you ready to start with the exercises?

It is important that your exercise combines dumbbells and barbells because they both workout the muscle fibers in a different way. The ideal would be to combine the two types of exercise in one workout so that your body does not get used to only one way of training.

The flat bench press bar should be repeated from 8 to 10 times, followed by the same with bench press incline dumbbell. You'll need around 8 to 10 repetitions.

To achieve the desired breadth of chest, there are some fundamental exercises that will allow you to stretch and contract the muscle fibers belonging to the chest in an effective manner. Exercises from the sides and peck-deck will serve for this purpose. Although some don't agree, the peck-deck can give the inside of your pecs a touch of hardness and volume that you could never get training on the bench.

Exercises such as press machines (flat, inclined or declined) consume a lot of energy, to the point of leaving you exhausted if you decide to combine three of them in one session. To avoid getting into them without the energy enough to carry them out, we suggest you start with them your list of exercises to do in a day's pecs at the gym.

If you do the exercises with a lot of weight, it is recommended that you have a friend or personal trainer close so they can help you out in case of emergency.

You should never work the deltoids and pectoral muscles on consecutive days. The pectoral muscles used in their actions boon shoulder (deltoid), so they tend to be tired for a day or two after a chest session. I recommend spacing your workout pectoral and deltoid with at least 48 hours apart for maximum performance on them both.

I like this exercise using cables! Cable-crossover exercises are effective for building strong pectoral muscles. The tension in the cable provides a smooth and continuous resistance, unlike free weights, which can be affected by momentum.
The best chest exercises for men is bench press if you ask me because exercise focus on growing chest muscle as quickly and efficiently as possible and at the same time, widening the chest to give you that unstoppable masculine look.
