One of the biggest problems that women have to face once spring arrives is thighs flaccidity so they can feel comfortable wearing shorts or going to the beach. But no one should fear this moment because with few easy exercises your ideal silhouette will be recovered, even without expensive fitness machinery involved.
In this article I want to share with you a few exercises that are easy to practice and in some cases you will not need anything more than a chair or wall or any other fitness accessories you can find at home to start your fitness training.
First exercise. Place your hands to shoulder height and lift the right leg back for a few seconds, lowering it gently. Repeat moving it twenty times with each leg.
The second exercise is a bit more complicated, but very flattering. Squats are exhausting, but very effective. You start with ten daily and increase the pace until you reach fifty.
The third exercise you can do starts lying on your back on the floor. Try to touch your chest with the knee, raising and lowering it gently. To see some results you should perform twenty repetitions with each leg.
To reinforce the muscles of your thighs, squats and strides are highly recommended.
This is the best exercise to strengthen and tone your thighs. They can be done just using your body weight or with a pair of dumbbells. Stand with your feet open same width as your shoulders and with a barbell on your shoulders. Bend your legs at the same time and lower your upper body section. When the thighs are almost parallel with the ground slow down and use your thighs to push back up. Repeat the movement as many times as you want.
You can exercise it using your body weight or a pair of dumbbells. Stand with your feet a shoulder width apart. With your right foot make a step forward and bend both knees. Continue bending the knees until your left knee is almost touching the ground and your right knee is bent 90 degrees. Hold for a second and return to starting position. Repeat the movement.
